2 cups Greek plain yogurt
3/4 cucumber grated and squeezed
1 small handful fresh dill
2 garlic clove, minced
1/2 freshly squeezed lemon
Salt n Pepper to taste
In a colander grate 3/4 of a cucumber and squeeze out the excess water.
Place the grated cucumber into a bowl
Place the grated cucumber into 2 cups of Greek plain yogurt. If you don't use Greek yogurt your tzaziki will still work it will just be more on the liquidy side instead of a thick dip. If you are wavering on your choice because of calorie intake, stop wavering! This tzaziki is worth the extra calories.
Chop up 1 small handful of fresh dill and add to yogurt,
add 1/2 a freshly squeezed lemon,
mince 2 cloves of garlic and
season with salt n pepper
note: I realised I forgot to take a photo of the finished product! I am sure you get the idea though
