I can't even remember the last time I bought a jar of salad dressing. This dressing is so easy to make and not time consuming! I always make extra and store the rest in the refrigerator. This is one of my go to salad dressings and it always is a table pleaser.
Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 garlic clove minced
1 tbsp freshly chopped oregano
salt and pepper
In a container add all ingredients listed above. Mix well
Serve over mixed greens.
